Step 1: Briefing

Every partnership starts with a good conversation. To develop the perfect exhibition stand for you and provide optimal guidance, we’re happy to visit your company to get a feel for your identity and atmosphere. Based on your vision and objectives, we’ll discuss the possibilities with our designer. He or she will be your dedicated point of contact and, as project manager, will ensure the smooth execution of your exhibition stand from start to finish.

Step 2: Design

The next step is developing a floor plan and 3D visualization.
This gives you the most realistic possible impression of the final exhibition stand. Along with a transparent quotation and detailed materials list, you'll immediately have a clear view of the exact cost of your project.

Step 3: Preparation

Once all wishes and expectations are aligned and we’ve received your approval, we begin the preparatory work and actual production. This takes place entirely in our in-house workshop and printing studio. Thanks to our transparent way of working, you can closely follow the entire production process. Will you get a high-quality finish delivered on schedule? Double check!

Step 4: Assembly

The moment has finally arrived... construction time!
The coordination is handled by the lead standbuilder, who is also your go-to person for any further questions or remarks.
Before the doors officially open, they will walk through the stand with you to put the finishing touches in place.
If any technical or practical issues suddenly arise during the fair, don’t worry! We’re always ready to assist and resolve everything as quickly as possible.

Step 5: Dismantling

All good things must come to an end, but we like to add an encore.
After the event, we carefully dismantle your exhibition stand. Because sustainability is very important to us, we will discuss with you whether any optimizations for future projects are possible.
Next, we safely store your exhibition stand in our warehouses in Roeselare, awaiting your next collaboration or trade show.

Step 6: Debriefing

Your feedback is very important to us. On one hand, because we value your opinion, and on the other, to critically evaluate and improve our operations.
